Davis Standard Extruder, 24:1 L/D ratio, 100 HP DC Drive, 100HP Motor, with control panel. 5 Barrel, 8 Die Zones (Barber Coleman AT580, ATplus, 2 new Omron), water cooled barrel with closed loop system

Optional upgrades:

Provide PE screw in good serviceable condition
Provide unused 100HP DC drive mounted in existing panel OR 3 year old 75HP AC VS motor with drive in existing panel
Upgrade Barber Coleman Instruments to Cal 9900 solid state plug in instruments for 6 of the zones with new face plate
Test run gearbox and replace seals and make repairs if needed
Test heating and cooling system and replace/repair items as needed.
Clean and paint extruder
