One zone controls the front, one the center, and one zone controls the
back. Each zone is controlled by percentage Timer
(3) Clamping: From Internationals Pattern, Adjust the side's 30" to 0"
Front-Back two new bars per each different size;
Clamping frame travels IN-OUT on special bearings powered by pneumatic
cylinder with flow
Control.
(4) Sheet Fed: Automatic cycling.
(5) Top platen with cylinder 4" Bore 18" stroke with airline and vacuum
line, can be shut ON-Off As needed
(6) Bottom platen with cylinder 6" Bore x 16" stroke with airline and
vacuum line, can be shut ON-OFF as needed
(7) Vacuum Pump 2HP (BUSCH) with tank and gauge 4 Cooling Blowers (High
Pressure Type)
Automatic Blister Release.
All functions for set-up purposes can be independently activated.
