A. OVEN -(72" X 132" Solar:


1. The oven is fitted with 66 of the 12" x 24" solar panel heaters of the
latest technology and are wired for individual zones: 33 cloth panel heaters
in the top, 33 glass panel heaters in the bottom.
2. The heaters are spaced in each oven bank to provide an oven watt
density of 30 watts per square inch.

3. This arrangement provides 66 zones of control; 33 zones in the top bank
and 33 zones in the bottom bank.
4. The oven layout is 3 rows of 11 elements.
5. New oven frames will be fabricated and installed.
6. New enclosure with SSRs included.
7. Three (3) I.R. sensors (one centrally located, the other two located
three (3) panels from the center on center line).
8. Sag eye to detect excessive sheet sag.
